Heartland Cabin Rentals

Very nice to book cabins through. My husband and I booked the sticks and stones cabin for our honeymoon/anniversary when we made it to our cabin it was breathtaking. Amazing mountain views, hot tub, and a whole lot of relaxization

Spent more than $12,000 on a rental and it was not as advertised. No one should ever rent from this place. In fact their remedy after deceiving us into coming for the Fourth of July holiday was to offer $1600. That was “the best they could do.” One of the two hot tubs was broken and the pool did not work properly. The pool house had a TV in the display and that TV was removed when we got there. These guys only care about money and are not interested in repeat customers. Jimbo is the most fraudulent one of them all.

Cabin was better than expected! Clean , well stocked and location was excellent for visiting both pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub , coffee on the deck while taking in the views and the game room ! Easy check in/out and wonderful customer service! Our refrigerator went out during our trip, but they replaced it same day!

The cabin was nice, but there was an awful sulfer smell that was unbearable. Also, the air conditioner is almost impossible to work. My husband is very good at this type of thing, and he had no prevail. There were only two hooks, two hang clothes on. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum. The smell has made me nauseated to the point where I want to go home. This had been the worst vacation for me. It is our 45 wedding anniversary and we are both miserable. I can't even wash my hair because I don't want it to smell like sulfer. I am still up at 1:30 because it is hot in the bedroom and the sulfer smell. I even went and bought a plug in scent l, but it didn't help. My husband meet the owner and he seem very nice, so we didnt want to complain. The owner needs to fix this sm

Had a wonderful couples get away. Really enjoyed the hottub and cabin in general. Great location.
