WARNING! DAVE’S APPLIANCE REPAIR IS OUT OF BUSINESS. ANOTHER COMPANY HAS THIS NUMBER AND IS USING ITS YELP REVIEWS TO GET YOUR BUSINESS. I called this number, got Mr Appliance Repair, set up an appointment, but a tech never showed up. When I called this number back, a new person at Mr Appliance said that I was never put into their system. So I went to another business and discovered there are much cheaper prices for repair and it’s same day service.

Brock was an awesome, humble, and knowledgeable guy. Came in wasting no time, checked out and resolved the issue thoroughly and effectively, and explained to me in detail the issue I was having, how the air circulates in my fridge, and potential future issues I may be having as well. The communication between the helpdesk to the repairman and the repairman to me regarding date/time is impeccable. First time using their service and great impression thus far. Keep it up!

Great service! Called on Friday and someone came out the same day to give me an estimate to repair our LG washer and Kitchen Aid microwave/oven. Came back today Monday to do the repairs. Kept to their anticipated time frame for arrival on both days. Repaired both and installed a water filter on our Kitchen Aid refrigerator as well. Very happy with the service! Fair price for highly professional organization.

If and when any of your appliances break down, this is the business to seek out. They are efficient, courteous, professional and always charge you fairly. There where two instances when I used their services in Chino Hills. Once was for fixing a washing machine which was wobbling like crazy on the spin cycle and the other time was when our refrigerator kept freezing our food. Both times Dave, the technician came and immediately diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He answered all my questions upfront with what needed to be done. For the problem with our washing machine he had the part on him and it was immediately fixed and for the refrigerator repair he had to order the part so that took a few days to fix. Called Davids Appliance. Dave came out and installed an ice maker for our refrigerator. Very professional and very competitive in price, in fact they were the lowest. He answered all my questions. I called on a Thursday and service was performed on Friday. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He also checked the water line and found it was ok. He also stated if anything went wrong in six months to call and everything would be covered. It is working GREAT. Would use them in a heartbeat again for ANY applicance repair.
