This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They were sent out by my home warranty company to diagnose my ac because the unit was starting to take a long time to cool my home. They came out and said the only thing wrong with it was that it needed to be cleaned and resealed for $250 on top of my $75 deductible for the warranty company. I made an appt to have them come do this work and they never showed up and never called. I called and left a message with no return call. I called a few days later and got a lady (it's the same one that always answers the phone) that had some story about a family emergency and apologized for missing the appt and not calling. They finally came a few days later and "cleaned" my unit and a few days later my ac stopped working all together. This
