Kevin was punctual, and very knowledgeable about the types of furniture we had. He was very thorough and did a beautiful job cleaning the stains/dog hair out of our armchairs and rug. I will definitely be using them again.

They made an appointment, never showed up. I gave them another chance and rescheduled for another day and the owner Mark came and measured and showed samples....He said he would give me an estimate by days end. Three days later no reponse. I called and didn't get a response until the next day that an estimate was coming by days end. AFTER THREE DAYS NOTHING!!!! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE LIARS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. THE OLD MAN NEEDS TO RETIRE AND CLOSE THE BUSINESS! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I CAN ABOUT HOW BAD THEY TREATED ME.

Davis Carpet could not have been more accommodating or nicer. Explained why wool rugs are harder to clean. Explained a few things about my carpet. Loved my dog. Carpet came out great.

He is the nicest, most professional carpet cleaner we have EVER used. Please try him. Family ran business and totally professional.
