Alex is very friendly and professional. We had a lot of work to do in our new build. New fans, chandeliers, pendants, etc. We were especially satisfied with our electric fireplace installation with all the wires and routers hidden behind the TV and a special hidden outlet for the kids Nintendo if we let them hook it up in the living room. The puck lights on dimmers with Alexa are great too! Very thoughtful design and creative ideas and problem solving- everything you could ask for from an electrician! I recommend them to everyone!

I was ready to return our new outdoor garage lights because they didn’t fit properly, but he quickly came up with a perfect solution by moving the mount over so the lights would fit just right. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done neatly and looked great. I really appreciate the extra effort—our garage lights look amazing now! Had Alex and Frank out to handle the electrical on a tongue and groove ceiling — fan, can lights, and switches. They were on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and the finished product looks sharp. Easy to work with and priced fairly. Will 100% be using them on projects in the future.

What I love best about Davis Developments is the fact that they’re very professional, organized and clean up after the job has been finished. they installed a chandelier in my 20 foot high ceiling and had scaffolding on their truck. Normally, you would have to wait for them to bring the special scaffolding. to top it off, they are fast and efficient.
