Davis is always very responsive and reliable. Daniel determined the issue with the thermostat and ensure all was running well. Highly recommend this company, been with them for over 20 years at two different homes.

This company install a new system back in 2023 and I entered into a service plan with them. I never received service on the system. I spoke with the owner and was told they were changing systems and I should be contacted for service updates going forward. I got the plan again for the second time. With the install of the new system, my programmable Wi-Fi thermostat somehow went missing and a thermostat without Wi-Fi was installed. The company charged me to install a new Wi-Fi enabled thermostat and sited the person who installed was no longer with the company and they could not locate my themostat. That was an additional $700 for the item a labor. I paid it without dispute. I had a working system and what I thought was a regular maintenance plan on that system; but I've never received an

I should’ve used Davis HVAC a couple of years ago and I wouldn’t be having my current issues. They sent out Daniel to check out our issue we were having. I can’t recommend Davis HVAC and Daniel(the technician) enough. He is very professional, prompt and courteous, and diagnosed the problem in mere seconds. I have found the company I will use from now on. The customer service is second to none as well. A big thank you to Davis HVAC, and Daniel.

The professionalism at Davis is what lead me to contact them again for my heating system. The receptionist is very nice and knowledgeable. I requested Daniel due to his kindness, his professionalism and expertise. Daniel and the other technician did an amazing job. He explained everything and actually did the work. We had hired other service companies but they never actually did the service needed. Davis HVAC will be my go to company for now on. The oil furnace is burning clean and we now feel safe using it. Wonderful job!!
