Drew came to give a quote on repairing my roof in two locations. After looking at the damage and age of the concrete roof (41 years old) he told me that repair could not be properly done and only a patch would be possible. He explained a roof replacement was the best option, but understood my circumstances, so he performed the patch at no charge with no guarantee. Drew seemed to be knowledgeable and easy to work with.
