I was very impressed with the way. Jay handled my AC problem. He was on time & more than fair as far as pricing goes, for the job He did , he went out of his way to accommodate me without having A.C. It’s very difficult to survive without air and a house full of people and animals. I highly recommend Dawn Air for any AC needs, You won’t be disappointed. I’ve used Jay for years. In fact, my father used Dawn Air for years. Jay always arrives when he says he will. He is honest, reliable , professional, and I never feel like I’m being overcharged. Thomas, who works with Jay is a very hard worker and I’m sure if Jay hired him he comes with a great resume. Jay and Thomas just installed a new AC and an air handler for me and I had great service. They arrived on time, even called me when they were close.They finished in a few hours and left the area they were working in perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend Dawn Air for AC needs. Best AC company around!

The response to my original call was fast! They were able to accommodate my weird schedule. The only company who gave me a fair estimate with OPTIONS! On the service day, they weren't here to play or waste time. I got a very quality outside unit and air handler for a great price. The top notch professionalism and efficiency was more than I paid for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
