Day Star Screens

My wife and I experience with Daystar screens and with Larry the owner was a very positive experience from start to finish we love the screens that he put on our patio and all around the house makes it look awesome the pergola they built over the grilling area we love it Larry did what he said he was going to do and he did it in a timely fashion and he actually treated us like family I would recommend Daystar screening to anybody. And also the real kicker is our electric bill went down by $50 the first month and $100 the second and we're talking in August so yes we are very happy

I've done business with Day Star Screens twice now and I've been very happy with their products. Shirley was always a joy and she spoke with me daily to make sure everything was right and guided us and decision-making as well as times for measurement and install. The installers Eric and Dylan were on time and worked diligently to check our screens for proper installation and then cleaned up afterwards. Their screens have helped to drop the temperature significantly in the hottest rooms of the house and given us needed privacy. I'll be giving them business again.

Front office staff were courteous, knowledgeable and a family owned business. Larry, owner, came out and so kindly explained everything to me. Great guy. They came out to measure and bam! They are up! I wasn't in a hurry and yet it was completed within a few weeks. They look great! So glad to be getting rid of those old black looking holes (screens) I would and will recommend them...as I will be completing my entire home and enclosed patio. Difficult to see due to shading..will have my windows be cooler too!

Had a front privacy screen installed. Larry, the owner, assured us it would do as good a job as the solar shade we were using. The screen does not give privacy and the sun still comes blindly through. We had Larry come back out to see what could be done. He said we could go with 90% screen for $238 more. Mind you this is the screen he talked us out of the first time around. Needless to say we are not paying $238 to have him redo it. As he said it still may not do what we want. However when he was selling them to us he assured us they would do the job. When we told him he'd said this he denied saying it basically calling us liars. They did screens for us before and so we decided to go there again. Larry came out and gave an estimate with a few different options of percentages . I asked to change a few of the window percentages and the color. Connie asked me to email what I wanted so she could send me a new quote with the changes. Here is the exact email (Hi Connie, For the estimate attached we just want to change the 2 upper east that are 90% to be 95%And the 2 upper west that are 90% to be 95% (which is quoted $120 more at the bottom) Also, we requested brown like the ones we have already (they are just on the lower back windows.) but I would black instead. Do you think that will look dumb?! ) Never was I difficult or rude just wanted to make sure we paid for what we wanted. 3 days later she called me and said Lar
