Ian is detailed, exacting - explaining every step of the process and entertaining any and every question we had along the way with professionalism and specificity. His pricing is fair and competitive. Dayside will remain on top of my list for future construction needs!

Dayside Construction was exceptional to work with from start to finish! ! Every member of the crew, from the owner, Ian Sheedy, the office manager, Joe, to the site foreman, Michael, the painters and woodworker were extremely pleasant and professional men. They took diligent care to protect our home and cleaned up their work area as much as possible after every workday working steadily through out the day and accomplishing the job proficiently and efficiently. We are very pleased with the end result of our punchout and would definitely hire again and recommend the same to you.

Ian and crew are exceptional to work with from design to execution of the final touches. They completely renovated 2 bathrooms without a hitch. Ian and his crew pay attention to details, stuck to estimates, and did excellent work. Plumbing and painting crew exceeded my expectations as well. Reasonable prices, flexible and went above and beyond to avoid delays (I had a time critical project and materials might have been delayed w/out Ian’s intervention). Loved the onyx material they recommended…really added “wow” factor as well as value to the bathrooms. Would definitely hire for future projects.

We loved our experience with Dayside. Ian helped us design a plan for our basement and was able to offer lots of budget-friendly ideas. Whenever we had a question he was easy to reach and responsive. Felice and Dan were respectful, professional, and great craftsmen. It was important to us to have trustworthy workers in our home. This team was just what we were looking for. Even all the subcontractors were awesome. The finished work is beautiful and adds such value to our family life.

Ian and Joe are great to work with, quote was reasonable, work was very professional and completed quickly. Clean up was excellent. Highly recommend them for drywall and paint work. Will definitely choose them when I have this type of project again!
