We had the pleasure of working with Luke on our recent project, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Our project was a new construction, small (~1000 sqft) well-appointed cabin on ~12 acres of undeveloped land in Linden, VA. From start to finish, Luke was in constant communication, ensuring we were always in the loop. His proposed budget was spot on with the final costs, which gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond by sending us regular updates, including pictures and even aerial shots, so we could track the progress from afar. Luke was incredibly flexible with our requests for changes and updates, and he always met the proposed timeline. This is a vacation home, so we do not live in the area. I would give Luke and crew 10 stars if I could. From day one, they were always on time, clean and took the time to thoroughly explain in detail any questions or concerns we had. Great job Romanchuk and Sons! They did a ton of trim on my new build, and it came out great. They also built us a beautiful pole barn, about 1000sf with live sawn white oak siding. Fair prices too. Highly recommend.
