Daystar Bath and Flooring

Daystar Bath and Flooring was recommended to us by a friend who is also a realtor. We moved into our home a little over 2 years ago and had some issues with the original tile work that the builder had done in our bathrooms. They just finished our master bathroom tile work and it turned out amazing. We have had such a positive experience working with David and his team. All 3 of our bathrooms look great now thanks to Daystar. I highly recommend them. They are kind, professional, honest and provide high quality workmanship. They met and exceeded my expectations. Daystar did a full bathroom remodel for me last year. The process was riddled with delays and issues, but after 3 months, the work was finally completed. We paid the full amount agreed upon and were assured of a 10 year warranty on the work. Less than one year after completion, our tile shower floor has failed. The grout is coming out and the floor is coming up (delamination). David Todd came to look and agreed to pull up and repair the floor, but once again put us through weeks of delays. He would not follow through and when we said we would post the poor review and hire another contractor, he said he would get back to us and never did. Now we are paying thousands of dollars to have someone else fix their “warrantied” work. Would NOT recommend.

We went with Daystar for our kitchen backsplash in herringbone, and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. It came out better than imagined! David was so kind and informative during our quote and process (he even helped with choosing the best grout), and David the installer was extremely friendly, clean, and sooo detailed! Our herringbone backlash was top of the line quality work. We are very thankful to Daystar for their phenomenal service and artwork! Go with these guys, you won’t regret it!

We had a leak coming from a faulty fridge hose. It became more of pain than we realized dealing with insurance, the house in disorder, to the assessment of repairs! The house is finally completed and back to normal thanks the team and owner of Daystar Bath and Flooring LLC! David and his team were quick to assess, gave me invoices to submit to our insurance and quickly made the appointments to fix every detail from one cabinet being replaced, to new flooring for the whole house because of course our original flooring was discontinued, electrical, drywall, painting, trimming/molding and a plumber to make sure everything was in working order with the fridge! He even personally did a walk through a couple times to make sure the work was being done! I highly recommend his team and services!

We recently worked with David Todd at Daystar having our entire main level floors redone (3 bedrooms, 1 guest bathroom, living room, laundry room, and kitchen). We love how they turned out and are extremely happy with the entire process. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire project and everyone involved were beyond professional and friendly (Nick, Jacob, Eli, Dave, and others). We highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done and we are planning to use them for our upcoming master bathroom remodel as well!
