Daytime Movers

First of all I am very confused about these people. I booked movers through thumbtack from a company listed as "Unlimited Movers". After speaking with someone on the phone I agreed to a deposit of $89. That was listed on my credit card from a company called "All In One". Then Daytime Movers shows up on our moving day. Very confused on who I was hiring. When they were loading up the truck my husband asked them to please wrap our mattress (we even had wrap for them to use) they did not wrap it. They threw it in the truck and the mattress came out of the truck with black stains that we are not able to remove. I not gonna say they were horrible, I let you decide. They were on time and were fast. The movers were cool, but they were more concerned with the size of their tip than anything else. They came with NO boxes and no tools, not even scissor's. I hired Daytime Movers to move my household goods from one residence to another. The move went well, except for my 55 inch Samsung 4K TV being damaged. The picture on the TV is completely distorted. I contacted Daytime movers the very next day and provided pictures of the damage to "Tony" and he said would have the owner contact me on Monday. Never heard from the owner so I contacted "Tony" once again on Tuesday and he said the owner would give me a call. It has been a while since I used daytime movers. However, I could never provide a good recommendation for the company. Especially, after they completely destroyed my furniture in the move. They were to move only two pieces of furniture that was passed down by my father. They promised they had experienced movers to move it from his former home to storage. Instead, they had two inexperienced people damage the furniture while taking it apart. They also dropped one of the pieces down the stairs while putting it into storage. Instead of having great quality furniture, I have scraps which was one item. The other is irrevocably damaged. Save yourself the money and time...don't use them.

I used Daytime Movers for the second time a few days ago. The rate was very very fair and included the moving truck. This was extremely helpful since my budget was very tight. The movers were prompt and courteous. They were gentle with my belongings and ensured the truck was packed securely. I booked for the minimum 3 hour window and was sure I'd need multiple trips between locations (because I had chosen the smaller truck size). They were able to pack the truck with much room to spare. We made only one trip AND finished well before the three hours. If I need to move again, I'll definitely use their service. I've had two different crews with each move and both times they were phenomenal. Mr. Lewis and his employees are top notch! 5 stars for sure.

Daytime Movers are exceptional! John, Mark, and Mia were fantastic. Even including drive time, they were done hella fast! I had a bad experience with another moving company that cancelled my move last minute. I called Daytime and they were able to come out to do a walk through and move me on short notice. They took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Competitive rates and amazing customer service. If you want an efficient team to help with your move, look no further!
