Dayton Sewer and Drain

Gene was recommended by a friend in an emergency today. He was an absolute life saver!!!! We have old clay pipes that need replaced but we're backed up. He saved me LOADS of money I would have spent with a regular plumber. 1000% reccomend for any clogged needs

We've used Dayton Sewer & Drain for line-cleaning needs at our 62 year-old house in Kettering OH since 2018. When "everything" was backing up & not draining today, I gave them a call a little before 9AM. Gene promised to be there between 11AM & 1PM. I asked that he call me when he was on his way. As promised, he called & showed up at the house right on time. He even brought his VERY well behaved 14 year-old Australian Shepherd copilot (who stayed in his vehicle the whole time). While I thought the problem was due to our daughter's long hair plugging up the drain line from the bathtub, Gene (correctly) diagnosed the problem as a blocked main line. It took Gene about an hour to use his 300# power auger to cut/extract roots from the main line to the sewer. See the attached picture for

I had a unique, complex job for Gene and he was unable to get the clog cleared. Guy worked for 2 hours in some pretty intense heat. Didn't charge me since he didn't clear it. Referred me to DrainTech because he knew they had the equipment needed to get it cleared. It took them some time too. Gene and Dayton Sewer and Drain earned all of my future business.

Very customer friendly and they did a great job of explaining my sewer backup.
