This is interesting. My review has disappeared. The owner even texted me that she saw the negative review I posted. But, instead of rewriting what I wrote (the floor they installed started lifting), I’ll just let you know that today June 13, 2025, and the project still has not been finished, which was started in October 2024. There was a problem with the work in November 2024 to which we never got finished. We waited patiently. Now, it’s in June 2025 and we’re still waiting for repairs. She says she doesn’t work with insurance claims, so she should’ve said that from the beginning and not accepted the work. So here we are, still waiting for the work to be satisfied.

D&B Elite went to great lengths to assure our satisfaction, even absorbing costs for remediation of issues that arose. I recommend D&B Elite - they did a great job on our medium remodel!! Larry is very trustworthy.
