David and his team replaced our windows and built a covered awning over our patio area. Pricing was better than several estimates we received for the same materials/work. All work sailed through NCC inspections with no issues. David communicated with us every step of the way. He helped us with design aspects, including rendered designs and materials choices. The team arrived on time and was always courteous. We were so happy with the initial work, we also had David replace our roof after storm damage. Working with David and DB Home Remodel Solutions was an absolute pleasure.

DB did a fantastic job. We met several times on material selection and everything was delivered several days before the job. His crew was staffed well and they did the entire remove and replace for the complex roof in one day. Replaced 4 sheets of plywood, drip edge, vent boots AND three Velux skylights! They protected shrubs with tarps and swept around the entire house for nails. David personally supervised the work. The dumpster was gone the next day. David also worked directly with our insurance company to qualify for the largest assistance possible. His team also built the front door portico from scratch and finished it with the metal roof. We just had our roof replaced today & David n his crew did a fantastic job. They repaired our roof before the shingles went on & had it all completed in one day. His crew went around with a magnet rake through the yard grabbing all the nails. David was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!
