I had an excellent experience working with Jim. From the beginning, Jim was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much he helped me navigate the insurance process to get my roof replacement covered. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all the necessary details were documented so the claim went smoothly. The installation itself was quick, efficient, and the quality of the work was great. The crew was respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning up afterward. Jim stayed in communication the whole time and made sure everything was done right.

Jim was professional and fair in price. I received 6 quotes and his took me from start to complete. New roof, new rafters, wrapping plus new gutters. My roof was in a bad shape and I could not be more pleased. My gutters had fallen down, my roof was not safe to walk on. I held my breath everytime it rained or the wind blew. Now I have a piece of mind. Thanks.

Jim came out measured our roof and provided an estimate/contact which I signed. He was not the cheapest estimate I received. I knew that I had soft spots in the roof and was going to have to replace some of the sheathing. The day before the install began Jim came by again and looked under some shingles (before one shingle was removed) and said the sheathing was not up to code an ALL the sheathing was going to have to be replaced resulting in a 30% increase in the cost of the job. He should have done this before he wrote the estimate/ contract. Overall the quality of the installation was very good. The free gutter estimate was about $3k

Diamond State Property Preservation just replaced the roof on my home and I couldn’t be happier. Jim helped us with filing a claim with our insurance company as we had storm damage and didn’t know what to do first, should we call a contractor or the insurance company. He was professional and helped make the whole process a lot less stressful as we didn’t know what to expect. His crew did an awesome job and the clean up was just as thorough as the work itself. The yard was left the same way they found it upon arrival. I would not hesitate to call Diamond State Property Preservation again.
