My parents and I recently had great experiences working with Dan and his team so I wanted to share. My parents are retired and we had a budget in mind to replace the whole heating and AC system for their home, so we called a lot of companies to get estimates and quotes and some where crazy expensive. We gave D&B mechanical a call also and he came to gave an estimate and his price fit in our budget. He took time and went through the whole installation process, answered my questions about the warranty and functionality of the heating and AC system, what was to be expected and we scheduled the time for installation. Dan did a full replacement for our HVAC system. 2 furnaces, 2 AC units, humidifiers and pipe replacement. He also did a full HVAC replacement at our rental home. When a problem occurs and we are in a pinch, he comes and fixes it and is reliable. I can't account for the other reviews here, but we have had a consistent experience and I've recommended him to friends and family and he's always taken care of them.

Have used D&B for 4 separate issues (AC repair 2019, conversion from oil heat to gas furnace 2021, water heater 2022, and scheduled hot tub repair). Each time Dan has been very responsive to check out the issue, provided a few price point options to fit within my budget, kept me updated on timeline and progress, and followed up to check in on new systems/repairs. D&B is small family owned business. Very honest, quality work, and takes pride in their service. Highly highly recommend!!!

Horrible customer service. Installed a R22 unit 5 years ago, receipt provided stated 10 year warranty. Called each year for service and refused to return calls. This year the condenser died which according to his receipt of work, it has a ten year warranty. Now he claims we needed to go online to register the unit. This was never told to us or info provided to that respect. AVOID Dan Dennis and D&B AT ALL COST. You will be just throwing money away. Complete SCAM

This guy is a thief. I pay him $4500 as a Dow payment to replace my HVAC. Took him months to start. Left job 1/2 done for 6 more months. Half of the stuff install very cheap product very bad labor. I ended up hiring another company to redo the work. Dan is rat
