D&B Tile of Hialeah

Very Attentive to my Special Order. Even though I payed in full ahead of delivery with an additional fee for expedited shipping the order was shipped incomplete, I received a refund in the mail as promised for the missing items. Will definitely consider this establishment again for future projects.

I received excellent service from Luz Gutierrez. She helped me pick out the tiles and recommended many excellent options. I was able to return the left over tiles and I am very happy with how my kitchen looks now. Overall, this is a wonderful place to buy your tiles with great customer service and beautiful tiles. Definitely recommend and would shop here again.

Great people why . Because not being a regular customer they told they close at 4:00 pm , an I ask them if they had a color that I need they did have it I ask them to wait for me they did an had the product waiting for me . They even help take it to my car . That,s customer service. Especially I didn’t have account. They made it happen. I would suggest contractor use them good me work their.

I come to this store because my project is at 3 min, but each time come I have to wait over 20 -30 min. Sale Desk is super slow so probably getting more sale personnel can resolve this problem. I recommend not coming to this store and go directly to Doral store. where service is faster and more organized.

Difficult to get help and they were not very knowledgeable.
