This is the second time I have reached out to Paul, but this time around was for a major project converting my oil system to electric/heat pump. The removal of an indirect hot water tank, boiler, oil tank, two central ac units/air handlers, power venter linked with the boiler as the house has no chimney, and thermostats. The installation of a new electric water heater, two 3-ton heat pumps/dual zones, air handlers, mini split system for the garage as there is no heating/cooling, new smart thermostats/mobile app monitor and control, rewiring. First I want to say I found Dblas after getting a quote from one of my local plumbers which I was very dissatisfied with and I thought their quote was excessive. I discovered the smell of gas when running the dryer in my newly-purchased home and National Grid confirmed there was a leak and turned off the gas. It was a pleasure working with Paul and his team to find the leaks in my old pipes, quickly get the permit from the Village, replace the entire gas line in the basement, and coordinate the final inspection to receive the certificate to turn the gas back on. Paul was an excellent communicator and was very honest throughout the process. The quality of work was excellent and he even upgraded the size of the pipes based on our needs.
