I couldn't imagine a company doing a better job of replacing your roof and making every step along the way a pleasant experience. Everyone that I dealt with was knowledgeable, pleasant and able to answer all my questions. I spent many years as a construction inspector on many large and small sites both private and public and would place Preferred at the top of my list for a roofing company. They removed an old roof that was problematic since it was installed 17 years earlier. They replaced all decayed roof structure, removed and reinstalled siding on all my roof dormers to install missing flashing and replaced defective flashing on all roof penetrations. From the start, they were responsive and thorough in answering all my questions, both the office and the project manager who came to meet me at our house and walk through the details of the installation. The day of our installation, it was immediately clear how organized and thorough the foreman and crew were. They had coordinated with the office team and were already handling some of the more intricate details of the installation that I had been concerned about (flashing where roof meets house siding of my split level home as one example). I hired Preferred Exterior Corp. to remove my old roof & skylight. They installed a new roof. I also hired Preferred to remove my old siding & they installed new siding & gutters. The job came out beautiful and they did a great job with clean-up.

The office staff is patient, friendly and experienced. Brandy and Brittany provided exceptional customer service. The on-site workers were polite, on-time and cleaned up. The roof looks great.

Great experience. We had our entire roof, gutter, leader, facia, skylight window replaced. It is a big project and the team handled it very well. The team coordinated very well and get the project finished in a very short period of time.
