Called DBM to inquire about a hot water recirculation pump. Joe was very patient and helpful in looking up my pump request answering all my questions. As I was out of state and ordering the pump from info online, Joe cautioned me on the order making sure I was ordering the correct pump. I received the pump and the picture on the box did not match the picture online so I called to inquire if I was shipped the correct pump. Again, the personnel at DBM was patient and helpful in assuring me that the correct model was shipped. Many manufacturers model numbers vary by only a few characters, so since their return policy was limited I wanted to insure before I opened the box I had the correct pump. My furnace was having trouble and I diagnosed it to the pressure sensor. I went to a few places and the people wouldn't even talk to me. I went to DBM and the guy was outstanding. He gave me some advice and the part I needed. I will definitely recommend to everybody in the future.
