I contacted DC Carpet Care to clean an area rug. Due to my work schedule, I left my rug on the front porch for pickup. They picked the rug up and about a week later they called to tell me it was cleaned. They dropped it off three days later and it stayed rolled up in my living room since I didn’t have time to move my furniture to put it back. One week after receiving the rug, I was able to put it back. I moved my furniture and unrolled it, and it was NOT cleaned. It was evident that it was not vacuumed because there were food crumbs, women’s hair, pillow stuffing (clumps just sitting on the carpet) and loose dirt everywhere. It was also evident that it was NOT shampooed because the carpet reeked of milk vomit (the whole reason I needed it cleaned), caked on food, and other things that we

Dave just cleaned the flagstone floors in our 1850’s farm house. The floors had been destroyed by neglect from the previous owner for decades and then had layers of construction grime from the renovation. In a couple hours Dave had the floors looking like they were new. Better than I could imagine! Reasonably priced and fantastic service. Highly recommend!

DC Carpet Care LLC has been to my house 1-2 times a year to clean my living room furniture and upstairs rugs. His workers are very kind and considerate. They do a great job and keep me updated to timelines for arrival, any issues with the rug (for instance one room smelled very bad due to fostering cats and he suggested a product to help), and the rates are super competitive. I always recommend them to friends and family!
