They try to personalize your delivery by calling for a good time to come out. (My.package sat for a week). Which is difficult because most the calls we get are.... Extended warranty, final experiences, donations..... Also, if we had known to expect a call we might have been better prepared. The package was tore all to pieces, I was surprised everything was there. A couple of pieces of tapes would have really been nice.

A supplier had my material stored at the Madison location. The supplier (out of state) could not get anyone on the phone multiple times and it took 3 weeks and my showing up to get to the root of the problem - a paperwork error and to get my material released. Rude, unresponsive There are too many options for this type of service for anyone to have to settle for this company/location.

DCI is an excellent company, their logistics and delivery services make our business operations possible.
