The technician did the bare minimum to get internet working without any concern for a long term install. Pointed out a few issues with the previous install only to have him connect one service line in the house without replacing a bad drop cable or a broken house box. After talking with the guy, who was a supervisor, it is clear this company is motivated by spending the least time possible at a job. Should’ve known something was wrong when a spectrum tech didn’t show up.

They Installed my Spectrum internet after I moved,, and disconnected my satellite dish in the process, and wouldn't come back out to correct the problem they created. Daniella was completely unprofessional, and made a miserable situation even worse. I had to call Spectrum six times to try to get this resolved and have this pathetic company do the right thing, but ultimately had to pay to have my dish reconnected as a result of Dcomm's negligence. Terrible company.Avoid at all costs, because it will end up costing you in the end.

It’s almost the end of February and still haven’t received my W-2 from DCOMM INC yet I’ve already reached out and was told they were sent out but still haven’t received anything y’all need to fix this
