I called D.Delaigle to fix my septic tank on a Friday he came and looked at it on Saturday and gave me a price and we set it up on Wednesday since he said he had other jobs. Wednesday came he never showed up, tried to call him and he would not answer the call blocked my number went straight to voice mail. Called another company and they were at my house in 30 min and fixed it the same day. Sorry way to do business and now I would not recommend him to anyone. One star is too much.

We can't say enough about the service we received from D DeLaigle Septic Service. We called after hours, they were very friendly and professional. They answered all our concerns and provided information needed to replace our system. We knew the cost upfront and it was very reasonable. I sent out a request for a quote yesterday. Got a call back fairly quick and they made it out this morning to pump our septic tank. They are decently priced and very nice!

Mr. Delaigle returned my message and gave me a quote over the phone. He showed up on time ready to work. He cleaned out my tank, and performed a complete inspection of my septic system in under 1 hr. Upon completion he explained exactly what he found and what to do to maintain my system in good condition. I am very satisfied with the job he did for me and will definitely call on him next time.

I would highly recommend using this company for your septic system needs. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable. Showed up on time at short notice and went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. Price was fair and it was not only a pleasure doing business with them it was a pleasure meeting them. Good people.
