Absolutely incredible company in every way! 6 years ago when we bought our house we inherited a Generac whole home generator that had been installed by Rowell and they have taken great care of us since. Everyone, from the people on the phone to the techs who come out, is always so nice and helpful. They have great communication and always come right away when we need them, which has been a lot between routine maintenance, service needs, adding wifi to our unit, and even having them modify our generator set up when we added on to our house. They even came out right after Hurricane Helene hit when we were having some issues with our generator. The process of purchasing/ installation of a stand by generator was smooth from the initial visit with the Rowell salesperson including the coordination with the gas and power companies to the completion of the project. The follow-up maintenance program and any questions we had in between or always quickly addressed. Well worth it!

Their work ethics are top notch. I had a 26kW Generac generator installed and I supervised the entire installation. I evaluated each step of the process ensuring that the technicians were meticulous and did not take shortcuts. Jeff and Seth and Brian and Wyatt worked in the hot July sun and installed 2 transfer boxes, 2 surge protectors, 2 HVAC delay switches and connected everything to the 26kW Generac Generator. The electrical install was neat and precise. After completion, everything was level, esthetically pleasing, clean, and functional. I was provided thorough instructions about the use of the generator
