Staff is excellent. With recent hard freeze they were out of stock on a few items but were creative in finding a solution.

No customer service skills at all. Stood there while one rep was shooting the crap with a guy, and one woman was either sleeping or very engrossed in her phone. I couldn't figure it out. They never even looked my way.
