PuroClean did a great job replacing my flooring. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because I was told they took pictures, so they would know where to hang things back on the walls after they painted, but they left everything scattered on my sofa, the floors, and on my bed. They did not put my plants back in the master bath, but left them on the floor all around my bed. I had to clean my bedroom, before I could even get in my bed the night I came back home. Also, one of my windows was left wide open, with my heat running, when I cam to check on some things one evening. I don’t know how long it had been open. Jerral, Chaz, and the other staff that I spoke to about my burst pipe that caused major damage to my home were seemingly very concerned about my problem. Jerral made contact with very efficient people to get my issue repaired, all work that had to be handled to correct and make my house usable happened very quickly. I was extremely pleased with the end results. I highly recommend them to anyone for efficient and fast completion of their project or mishap.
