What an incredible experience!! It was so refreshing to call a company, have them answer, have them be knowledgeable and specific on pricing, timing and ability - thank you DeMello. Tim was onsite within 25 minutes from my original call on A MONDAY morning!?! Assessed what I thought was an issue, eased my concern and emailed options in one day!! There is no other roofing company in Marin with service and knowledge like DeMello.
DeMello Roofing replaced our roof which had been severely damaged by the recent winds. They provided a competitive bid and scheduled the work in a timely manner. The crew was professional, polite, accommodating and the workmanship and completed project is outstanding. We highly recommend DeMello Roofing for your roofing needs.
Good quality work at competitive prices. You need to be proactive with communication, but otherwise a great company. I will use them again if the need arises.
Really disappointing experience with this company from start to finish. Do not recommend.
