De Soto Ozark Electric

We have used them a few times in the past and they were great. Now for some reason they became totally unreliable. Scheduled to have an installation done a month ago and they never showed up or called. Called to see what the issue was and no one knew anything. Then was told they would be out this week weds or Friday. Welp, they never showed, called them up and no one knew about it so I canceled. They don't deserve the business. At this rate it seems they won't be in business much longer...

Be careful with these guys. I’m all about trying to use small businesses and supporting the local community but this is a shady operation. They were the first people to have availability when I had a disaster at my home which I appreciated but when the bill came in not only was it outrageous but it was thousands. When I called to pay then they said they only take cash or check. Shady!!!! Be very very cautious!!! In addition they are extremely tough to reach.

Have used these guys a couple of times. They are nice, on-time, and reasonable.

Easy to schedule appointments and straight forward with answers.

Prompt service with perfect repair.
