I would highly recommend Eric owner of E.S. Leonard Waterproofing. He came highly referred by both my son and my son's colleague. First, I appreciate his prompt reply to request for service and the fact he shows up! Next, he does a great job of assessing the situation and clearly describing the scope of work both verbally and in his bid. He is reasonably priced and craftsmanship is excellent and they are tidy. He has excellent communication skills and keeps you in the loop whether telling you it may be noisy for a bit or he needs to run out for more material. Finally, he stands by his work with a warranty. It was seamless from beginning to end. Thank you!

Eric and ESLeonard has been great to work with. Straight forward and fair pricing. They do good, thorough job and leave the place clean when finished. I've had them work on 1 house 4 years ago. Worked perfectly. Called him again on a new house. Again did a great job. Fast response and good communication. He recommends waiting for a rain before you hang drywall. And boy am I glad we waited. Everything they injected was dry but we had water coming in from another small crack above the injection. I imagine other contractors could have blown it off and been difficult. Eric was very responsive and helpful to figure out the source and help fix to get it 100%. Happy to say 3 big rainstorms now. Dry basement. Thanks Eric and ESL! I would definitely recommend.

I can highly recommend E.S. Leonard Waterproofing, who we used in January 2025 to fix some foundation cracks which were allowing some water to seep into my mom’s basement. When I initially called to request a bid, Eric immediately returned my call and set up an appointment, for which he showed up on time and was very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and he offered a very cost-effective solution compared to other bids we received. When I accepted the bid and scheduled a tentative start date, he was very proactive and kept me informed of his timeframe throughout the process.
