What a wonderful company! We needed help quickly as a circuit breaker had gone bad that powered our refrigerator. Deale’s had a very professional, knowledgeable man at our house within 1 hour of my call. That is great service!

5 years ago at the lake our havc went out. They looked at for 10 min and immediately said we need to buy a new $3200 unit. We paid them half down payment. We my buddy who worked for deales and branched out on his own came and fixed my unit for $35. Bad fan switch. Told me when he worked for deals there motto is basically especially older folks that the need a whole new unit right away. $3200 and up. My buddy fixed my unit for $35 was a bad fan relay switch. Deals dumped all my refrigerant, screwed it up more trying to get us to pay $3200 for new until. I reported them to the BBB and Dept of Labor. After several threats from deals for the bad BBB rating they finally refunded my $1400 to the Dept of Labor in exchange we take the bad rating off BBB. Crook and bullies use a different company.

Dependable. Reliable and most importantly a speedy repair so I could live comfortably again thank you Paul for taking such good care of me.
