I recently had a leak in my shower where water was dripping and no hot water was coming through. I called Dean Plumbing & Heating, and Tony came out to help. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Tony quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done, and fixed everything perfectly. The shower works great now, and the hot water is back! I’m very impressed with the quality of service from Dean Plumbing & Heating and especially Tony’s excellent work. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable plumbing repairs.

Tony and Alla were excellent and super helpful. Had a burst pipe outdoors from a basement sump pump caused by the heavy snow storms this winter. They arrived within the time window given, trudged through the heavy snow to the pipe, and had it fixed within 20 minutes. 5/5, would definitely use them again.

Tony & Al are simply WONDERFUL!! What really stood out, to me, was the patient & kind way they answered all of my (sometimes silly) questions without judgement. The work needed was thoroughly explained, as was the price, before they even lifted a tool. They cleaned the work area as if they were never there and when I had a concern, after they had gone, their office got them back out to address it within the hour. The same day! I’m so grateful to have found Dean Plumbing & to have met Tony & Al! If you want people you can trust, that do fantastic work, Dean Plumbing is for you!
