These guys are the absolute best contractors I have ever worked with. I can’t say enough great things about them. Steve & Colin are honest, trustworthy, efficient and they have a great crew. We collected multiple bids for a new roof on our home in Princeton. Their pricing was fair. They gave me a start date/time and estimated completion time frame. They did exactly what they said they would. The quality of the work is first rate. Either Steve or Colin was at the job at all times. Their crew was totally professional and took clean up very seriously. It was a windy day and trash/old shingles were blowing everywhere. These guys cleaned up everything. I have lived in my house for 25 years and I can honestly say this is the best company I have ever contracted to do work at my house. They installed James Hardie siding, new windows on the front first floor, and new gutters. The workmanship is outstanding and I am very satisfied with the results. They arrived on time every morning at 0730 and worked until about 6 at night. This upgrade was the best money I spent on my house in a long time and Fairway Exteriors made it a great experience. James Hardie siding is excellent, but it requires expertise with that product and real craftsmanship to install it properly. The result was exceptional.
