Debbie Hartzog Concrete Construction

Debbie came to my house to give me a quote and never called me back with a quote. She did return my call and show up promptly. She was able to change my appointment slot because I was in a pinch for time. She manipulates in order to raise the price. At first she said my soil was too soft to use the truck. After I mentioned other contractors opinions, she quickly changed that "fact" to they would be using a truck. She was high when she came out for the quote but she did have a knee brace so probably subscribed.

Her concrete stood through a hurricane on the beach while other concrete nearby crumbled. Sturdy stuff!
