On Monday, (middle of January!) we woke up to a very cold house and quickly realized our furnace wasn’t working. We reached out to Debord’s for assistance, and their representative was incredibly kind and helpful. She understood exactly what we were going through and arranged for a repair person to come to our house right away. I recently purchased an Amish home without a furnace, we had multiple HVAC companies out to look into adding a furnace and ac unit. One hour came in with the best quote so we had them out again, it’s a big job and wanted to make sure we got everything accounted for and exactly what we wanted done. The tech comes into my house and immediately starts complaining, “you should have never bought this house”, “oh now you want heating in here but you have stuff in the closets” (one item), “I can do that for you with an unlimited budget”, just complaint after complaint. DeBord installed a new furnace and AC unit in my home recently and I love the new system. From sales to installation, the service they provided was very professional. Had an issue with a broken toilet floor flange. Allen came over and we discussed options. It was a very ugly repair that could have cost thousands. We have had this company install a very high end air conditioning unit and furnace water heater all of them replaced costing over $14,000 in 2021 Then a couple weeks ago we had them out cause our air conditioning was not shutting off we had to pay a service call of almost $100 and the said we had a minior leak Not even two days ago the same thing the air wasn’t working hot as can be and had them back out there ended up being a major leak in our air conditioner. They came out again the third time and replaced it after the part came in and costing us another $1600.00 plus in labor cause the part was covered one warrant Not even three days later and the air is doing the same thing not cooling and not working right They need technicians that know how to fix the problems right the first time no
