Thanks to Deck Envy, we have the most gorgeous deck! We initially met with many contractors but chose Deck Envy for multiple reasons. We really liked that they were a small business and thus provided a very personalized approach to the entire project. The communication was great. Johnny and Ricardo explained every step of the process and were very patient with our questions. We had a specific vision of what we wanted – and they went above and beyond our expectations. The crew that came every day did an amazing job. The attention to detail, craftsmanship and resulting quality of our finished deck is absolutely stunning. The price was also very reasonable. Our deck was almost 20 years old and consisted of a builder grade composite decking material. The planks were deteriorating to the point of breaking down to powder. The support beams were warping and separating in multiple locations. I didn't feel the deck was in a safe state. Johnny and Ricardo went through great lengths to explain everything in detail, and always kept an open line of communication. Jonathan and his crew did great work on building our new deck, and likewise Fabian and his crew did an awesome job on our new patio. Johnny, Ricardo, Johnathon, and the installation crew from Deck Envy were awesome. Johnny came out on a Saturday evening and took the time with my wife and I to go over all of our different options. His pricing beat every other quote we had gotten from several places. After we signed the contract, Johnny and Ricardo were very responsive to our request for progress updates on permitting. Once the permits were approved, the install team knocked our deck out in less than a week. They were very profession, cleaning up at the end of every workday!
