I am with a not for profit equine therapy program in New York and we have a soda machine on the property that would not accept bills. I contacted Decks and Mechs to see if they could help us out and was very fortunate to hear from Mark Brown. What a super guy he is!!!! He thought that he had a bill validator in his warehouse but after checking found out it was not there. He asked that I ship down the one that we had (not working) and he would see what he could do....at not cost to me! Not even the shipping! It was sent out to him this afternoon and he will get back to me, I'm quite sure, once he takes a look at it. A1 service. I have sent several different mechanisms in to be serviced, upon returning of items, not only did they work, they worked better than they did brand new? These guys are meticulous, they will find the problem,…and make it right/and or better!
