Great company been using them for over 15 years. I have the annual contract where they come out twice a year and change filters and check the system. If you need anything you get a discount if you have the yearly service contract. It has been very helpful in the past. Technicians are polite, on-time and knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed.

Tim Batchelor and his crew did a fantastic job installing a new high-efficiency heat pump system in our soon-to-be-finished basement. They were able to route new ducts around existing ductwork from two existing HVAC systems while keeping everything tight to the ceiling joists to allow for a higher finished ceiling. Fast, efficient, accurate, and on-budget (accurate estimate with no surprises!) – you can’t get better than that!

Our old HVAC unit went out, and so we requested quotes from 3 different companies. We decided to go with Patterson since they had also been servicing my parent's HVAC unit for over 15 years, had the most competitive pricing, and were very kind and prompt.
