From our first meeting in January to the last meeting to close things out, your responsiveness and attention to detail never wavered. We truly appreciated your flexibility with change orders as well as your recommendations about what to do in terms of add-ons to make the spaces even more useful. Projects of this size and scope rarely come together so seamlessly, but as we were enjoying the porch last evening we both could not think of any issues that were not easily overcome by you and your team. Excellent would be the word I give for DWS. I would recommend Greg to anyone who needs a stylish deck. The crew is very professional and would answer any questions you have about the process. They also took out 3 windows and installed a french door and two side panels.

We had been considering adding a screened in porch or sunroom to our home for many years. After visiting a neighbor's screened in porch and deck constructed by DWS, I loved it and knew that that was exactly what I wanted. I had no idea that screened in porches could be so nice. My neighbor had used DWS on a prior home and was pleased with their work, and that also provided some comfort that DWS was reputable. We absolutely love the finished product, including the Brazilian hardwood Ipe flooring, which isn't that visible in the photo I've attached but is really beautiful. Greg and his team were great to work with, no change orders--original quoted price was what we paid. Would definitely recommend DWS.

Greg and his team did an amazing job. We had them do our screened in porch and it's our favorite spot in our home. Our porch had a challenging roof line and we had 4 other companies look at our project. Everyone looked at our project as difficult and couldn't give us a clear picture of how it would work. Greg saw our home and said, "no problem we can do that" That's the person you want building your project. He said to trust him and his crew, they would make it look great. And he was right!
