Decorations Unlimited

We have used DU since we built our house in 2005 and were always very happy. This year (2016) we sent our order in mid October. They never came out. I called them twice to find out why. Did not return my calls. Our neighbors all chose to have their homes decorated by another company, but we stuck with DU and have no lights.. This stinks. Our neighbors have beautiful lighting thanks to "Santa's Elves".

We started using Decorations Unlimited in 2005 and were very happy . . . until last year (2015), when, after sending in our order the day we received it (in October), we never heard from them again, they never returned our phone calls, never decorated our house. A complete disappointment. We had refereed many friends to them; we will never do that again.

Sent the paper in For the second year no show, left multiple messages , only went went this company because my neighbor, called 5 times plus no respond.
