Tim knows so much about mold and about houses! It's easy to tell he has lots of experience and really understands how scary it is for people to find mold problems in their homes. He is extremely thorough, and gladly answers all questions. We really appreciate him going through our new home and explaining all the things that need changed in order to create a safe environment in the future. It's reassuring to have his detailed summary and photos of all the problem areas, and his proposal for fixing the problems. 10/10 highly recommend.
