In December of 2023, I opened a brand new luxury spa in Chagrin Falls. Two weeks later, the owners of the building in which I lease, decided to replace the flat roof (in the middle of winter!) without giving any notice whatsoever! Sadly, they did not hire Experienced Roofing from the get-go and so I and the other two tenants had leaks for months and months and months. When Experienced Roofing got involved, it was a completely different and professional experience. They worked around the schedule of the spa. They did interior protection and helped with any necessary clean up. If I had a question or concern, they were available and on it. I had a wonderful experience and would say they are aptly named!

Fantastic!! Detected the actual roofing issues and corrected them to perfection!! Rusty and Chris identify the problems and don't create them. Well done!
