Dedicated Flooring

Not recommended they destroyed a few bathroom tiles after returning for the 3rd time to resolve the issues after installing my carpet. They showed up 2-3 hours late for appointments. They left glue all over the kitchen flooring. Took them 7 months to complete the job and their excuse was they were too busy. By far the worst experience I've ever had when dealing with a flooring company. Too many issues to mention here. To be more precise Bryan was the one who always made excuses he was too busy to get the job done in a timely manner. The owner didn't step in until 6 months down the road of chaos.

The worse job done ever. Kitchen floor and all new carpet. Carpetvis pulling up with wrinkles in the hall. Kitchen gloorbis coming up in 4 separate places. Tried to get someone to come out NOTHING. I got one response never heard again. I've contacted BBB and Chanel 4 help me Hank to look into this awful com6. Next step.is a lawyer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A bunch of thieves and unprofessionals.

Dedicated Flooring is the BEST! They are personable, professional and Brian could NOT have been more helpful. As a designer I use them for all of my clients flooring needs and they have NEVER let my clients or myself down.

Fantastic Experience, Sam and Jay made flooring easy. They have a beautiful showroom and service was great. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.
