Epilogue 6/2025: Ugh. HVAC issues. One year later, we discovered a fully open-ended piece of HVAC ductwork behind boxes in our attic. That mistake had been overworking our existing HVAC unit for a year & we had to replace it far before its time. And now the Champion/York HVAC unit DRR installed for our addition had its coil burst and leak out ALL of its coolant for the second time in a year, and—get this—is already out of warranty because the installer never registered it. Usually, they do, but we’ve now learnt the hard way to make sure, because now we’re looking at either a costly repair on a unit we can't trust to continue to work safely and properly even if repaired or replacing a second HVAC unit far before its usual life expectancy. ----- We’re very happy with the work done on our ext

I don’t understand how these people stay in business since they don’t return messages. When you call, you only receive a welcome message instructing you to fill out the contact form on their web site. I called twice, left a voicemail message, and completed their online contact form over a week ago and have never received any re-ly from anyone at this company.
