Extremely disappointing experience with Dee’s Electrical. They were hired to replace the septic tank alarm and install the cable connected to the septic system. We trusted that the work was done correctly, but instead it resulted in a total failure and system collapse, as shown in the photos. When we contacted them immediately to report the issue and request a resolution, they refused to take responsibility, stating that it was not their problem, despite the issue occurring directly after their work. They were quick to charge nearly $400, but unwilling to stand behind their work or provide any solution. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this company at all. Lack of accountability, poor workmanship, and unacceptable customer service.

I called Dee’s electric here in Hinesville Ga because of an emergency power issue I have dealt with for a while. Mr. Robert convinced me that the problem was solvable by carefully explaining the issue and the process. My house is now running efficiently, he even installed multiple ceiling fans plus a conveniently located new wall socket behind the garage deep freezer. Thank you Robert also for being understanding to our wishes concerning the no show policy lol. Thanks Dees electric. I recommend “DE” for all safe home or rental electric related installations.

Charged us $65 because we didn’t hear them at the door while we were upstairs and we didn’t hear our phones because we work night shift and have a baby under 1. Then had an attitude on the phone when we did wake up and try to reschedule. So now we have to pay an extra $65 2 weeks before our daughters birthday and 3 weeks before Christmas as if things aren’t tight as it is.

Called about several outlets not working and the person who answered the phone walked me through the reset of one outlet which affected the other two outlets. Saved me quite a bit of money for something so simple that was overlooked on my part. Incredible customer service!

Called Dee’s due to some outlet issues. It wasn’t urgent so I waited the few days until the tech arrived. Jeff arrived at the scheduled time and was done in 30 minutes. He was very helpful and very professional. Will definitely call this company in the future and request this tech.
