From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They were there within 45 minutes of my call for the initial evaluation. They walked me through all my options, helped me choose the right system for my home, and made sure I understood everything before the installation. I expected to have to wait several days for installation, especially with the recent snow and drop in temperatures, but they were able to get me scheduled the very next morning at 9am, on a weekend no less. Dee’s Heating and Cooling was recommended by Hartville Elevator where I purchase oil for my furnace. I am so thankful to find a company that works on oil furnaces. I had a new furnace installed two years ago and never had it checked or cleaned. Mark Franks Sr went over the entire unit. Showed and explained everything to me. The technician was trying to charge me $600 for a part I looked up myself and the max brand new price I found it for wasn’t no more than $250 so I paid him for his services and refused any other services then to my surprise I get a cps official at my door telling me the HVAC guy made a complaint making serval false statements I’ll never be using your services in the future completely unprofessional

It's never easy to spend money on home repairs, especially around the holidays, but Mark Sr. made us feel comfortable due to his knowledge, professionalism and friendly manner. We have heat and no leaking boiler pipes. It looks great! Highly recommend!

Great experience! The Tech Andrew came out for a furnace tune-up and was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. My system is running better than ever.The technician was friendly, thorough, and pointed out a couple things we never would’ve noticed. No pressure, no upselling—just honest work. Highly recommend!
