Andrew is an exceptional employee at Kimmel. He is very honest and thorough. My furnace stopped working one day and he was required to replace the control bored inside my furnace and upon getting the furnace to start blowing again he discovered a more serious potentially deadly issue. Admittidly, it could wait a little while to replace. However, despite the high cost of the repairs I wasn't willing to hold off because I have young children. It was obvious that he wasn't trying to take advantage of me and was concerned for both my family's health (mostly) and my wallet seeing that I'm on a fixed income. His true honesty shined threw when he was completely the major repairs when he came upstairs and asked me to come look at the part he removed because he wanted me to see how how and where t

Andrew came out today to start my furnace at my new to me old Mobilhome. He was so diligent trying to get it to work. We found a switch on the opposite wall that I had no idea what it was for. It is up near the ceiling. So since we were able to brainstorm the problem I figured what the heck! Let’s flip this switch and lo and behold the furnace kicked on. He’s was my good luck charm. He was so nice and patient and now I know how to use the furnace. I am looking forward to Kimmel doing the tune up and plans for next years duct cleaning and AC Additions.

I have used Kimmel several times over the last year. My furnace was 30 years old and due for repair. I had decent experiences through Kimmel with periodic repairs. I decided to use them to install a new furnace. Nate the technician was on time at 9am in the morning to start with installation. He was kind and got to work. The plan was to be finished by 1 or 2pm. However, there a delay and he did not leave until nearly 7pm, which caused me to cancel our dinner plans. Then, at midnight, the new furnace stopped functioning. I tried to do simple troubleshooting myself before calling the "24/7 line" three different times. No answer. I called between 1am and 4am leaving a message each time. The outside temperature was -3F. We have been relying on Kimmel Heating for many many years now. They are the best and have great customer service! They were quick to help get someone to our house even when they were busy on the weekend of the snow storm. They really show that they truly care about the families they provide services to.

The office answered my call at almost 9 pm. The service tech was at my house within 90 minutes and was professional and communicative. Less than an hour later he had fixed the issue. So happy with the level of service received and will use again, if needed.
