I've been a customer of DeFabCo's since the early 80's and have had nothing but great experiences with this firm. They have bent over backwards to provide service, often doing things not in their standard service offerings in order to help us out, like sending trucks to pick up emergency parts all over the state of Ohio, storing partially completed equipment for us from a company that went bankrupt and then doing final assembly of the system based on the original design drawings. They have gone as far as Arizona a few times to replicate jobs that they did here in Columbus because the workmanship was just what we needed. Couple that with doing imaginative things like the sails at Ameriflora and replacing downtown building stone cornices fabricated from metal to look like the original sto

Terrible communication within company and with customers. They botched the job and then refused to fix their mistake or complete the job as agreed to on their own spec sheet. Sloppy, unprofessional, incompetent.

Their fabrication work is top of the line. Would recommend them to anyone in the industry.
